PowerFlow manifolds are manufactured using finest materials and most advanced techniques available. IMCO's high quality aluminum manifold castings feature water jackets that surround each exhaust passage, including the port, to eliminate the possibility of burn out. The inside of the water jackets are coated, using a special hard anodized impregnating process to prevent corrosion and leakage. Our coating will not flake off and clog water fittings like conventional powder coat paint. The outside manifold surfaces are coated with the highest quality epoxy powder coating available, creating a part that is not only highly corrosion resistant but good looking as well.

PowerFlow stainless steel, water jacketed exhaust pipes are high polished, free flowing and water jacketed to eliminate hot spots toward the top of the pipe. Water flows directly through the flange from the manifold. A built in fitting accepts a stock MerCruiser thermostat connection. PowerFlow exhaust pipes are available in several different stainless, water jacketed, riser pipe configurations. All plumbing, fittings and accessories remain in the original location.

These manifolds shed unwanted pounds. IMCO's aluminum manifolds weighs 80 pounds less than the stock version. Ideal for EFI equipped engines, as they require no calibration or program changes. Twin installations will work down to a 33" center. IMCO PowerFlow exhaust systems are available for Chevrolet, V-8’s in both big block and small block. Ford 460 adapter available. Look for big increases in horsepower and torque with a PowerFlow exhaust system.
