When propane is used properly, it will keep your engine cleaner with less carbon buildup and cleaner oil. Propane is a high-octane fuel and burns slower and longer therefore, propane will help diesel burn more thoroughly, increasing power and torque. By fumigating the intake air with propane, there are dramatic increases in power, torque and diesel mileage. By using a dual stage regulator and drawing vapor from the tank, this system creates one of the most user friendly, maintenance free systems available. With this system, exhaust temperatures are only slightly increased and in many cases decreased. This converts to one of the safest horsepower increases on the market. The vapors are drawn from the top of the tank so there is no liquid to vapor converts to worry about, which makes one less problem to have. This system can be adapted on any turbocharged diesel and is easily transferred from vehicle to vehicle. The Propane Kit does not include the tank.
